Step One

Consultation

You'll meet with one of our design consultants in the showroom. We'll go over your project in detail — scope, budget, timeline, and vision — so there are no surprises down the line. Our staff will walk you through the full range of products we carry and help you understand what will work best for your specific application.

Step Two

Stone Selection

With over 4,000 slabs and 250+ colors of natural stone and quartz in stock, you'll be able to see and touch your options in person. Whether you're looking for granite, marble, quartzite, quartz, or porcelain — we'll help you find the right material for your project, your budget, and your style.

Step Three

Laser Template

Once your selections are finalized, we'll schedule an appointment to laser template your space using state-of-the-art digital machinery. This creates a precise CAD file based on the exact dimensions of your project — ensuring a perfect fit every time. No guesswork, no margin for error.

Step Four

Fabrication

Upon your written approval of the design and material selections, your project enters our fabrication shop. Our highly skilled craftsmen cut, edge, and finish every piece with precision. You'll receive an install date shortly after approval.

Step Five

Installation

You'll receive a two-hour arrival window for your installation day. Our professional installers will arrive at your project site and complete the installation with the highest level of craftsmanship and care. We treat every home and job site like our own.

With proper care and maintenance, your stone surfaces will look stunning for decades. We'll walk you through care guidelines before we leave — and our team is always available if you have questions down the road.

What to Expect

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

No appointment needed — walk-ins are always welcome at both our Merrillville and Lafayette locations. That said, if you'd like dedicated time with a design consultant for a larger project, we're happy to schedule ahead.

Can I see the actual slab I'm getting before fabrication?

Absolutely. We encourage it. Natural stone varies slab to slab, so we always recommend viewing your specific slab in person before signing off. Both showrooms have slabs on display and available to walk through.

What happens after I give written approval?

Once we have your written sign-off on design and material, your project goes directly into our fabrication queue. You'll receive an install date shortly after. Nothing moves forward without your explicit approval.

Do you handle installation, or do I need my own installer?

We handle installation in-house. Our professional installation team has been doing this for years and is trained to work in both residential and commercial settings.
