2. Common Questions

  • I can’t log in / the app says my account is invalid

    • Make sure you’re using the email your Momax representative created for you. If you still can’t log in, contact us with your name, company, and phone number.

  • I don’t see a color I know Momax has

    • Our app shows featured and/or in-stock colors. Contact us and we can confirm current slab availability.

  • I can’t share my favorites

    • Check that you have internet connection and that your email/text is set up on the device.
